Soluble Ceramic Fiber Paper

Bio-soluble fiber paper is made from bio-soluble fiber bulk with inorganic bond and a little organic glue, which are selected carefully and controlled strictly. Made through vacuum forming in automatic controlled production lines, our bio-soluble fiber paper is the ideal material for high-temperature gasket, airproof and heat insulation materials.

The temperature grades vary in 1000°C and 1100°C.

Our product features an excellent flexibility thus it is easy to warp, shape and cut. The chemical and thermal stability, thermal shock resistance as well as the anti-corrosive property, together with a low thermal conductivity and low heat capacity make our product a good insulation and heat insulation materials. Our product is a good choice for airproof and filtering material, and it can be used as insulation materials for electric heating equipment, liquid metal and automobile industry. Moreover, it can replace asbestos paper and used as automotive heat shields and silencer insulation.
