Soluble Ceramic Fiber Module

Bio-soluble ceramic fiber module is made from high-quality spinning casting or injection molding bio-soluble fiber blanket. It is folded and compressed into the certain shape, thus features an excellent insulation, integrity as well as flexibility to fix the gap after installation. With an anchor inside, our bio-soluble fiber module can be fixed on the anchor nail on steel plate, thus it is of high safety and enjoys a convenient installation. Meanwhile, our product is of low density, low thermal conductivity and high thermal and physical stability.

The working temperature includes 800°C, 1000°C and 1100°C.

The fixed dimension of our product helps to improve the refractory and integrity of furnace. Therefore, our product is widely used as insulation lining for furnace in ceramics, glass and other industrial furnaces, as well as all kinds of kilns in metallurgy, petrochemical construction, machinery, etc.
