Custom Shaped Soluble Ceramic Fiber Parts

Our custom shaped bio-soluble fiber product features a customized shape according to your requirements. It is made from bio-soluble fiber bulk together with organic and inorganic bond by vacuum wet forming into formed shapes.

Custom soluble ceramic fiber parts can be made also, from soluble ceramic fiber boards, paper, blanket.

Execution precision: +/- 0.5 mm.

Parts can be manufactured with controlled density: between 200-400 kg/m3 depending on use and dimensional accuracy imposed.

The classification temperature ranging, from 800°C to 1100°C
