Soluble Ceramic Fiber Blanket

Bio-soluble ceramic fiber blanket features an excellent tensile strength and excellent flexibility. With a good chemical and thermal stability as well as low thermal shrinkage, low thermal conductivity and heat capacity, our bio-soluble fiber blanket could be excellent heat insulation. It can provide sound insulation as well. The low density feature of our product is due to our bio-soluble fiber bulk and double needing, in which no chemical bond is used and no harm will be made to human body.

The temperature grade are 800°C, 1000°C and 1100°C.

Our product enjoys wide applications, including the linings of boiler and water heater as well as furnace in petrifaction and metallurgy industry, heat insulation of electric power pipe, lining of steamship industry, fillings and heat insulation for high temperature areas etc.
